Eazao Bio is equipped with a standard barrel of 30ml, only 5ml of material is needed for experimentation, and it is compatible with standard nozzles of various types (0.1-1.5mm). Eazao Bio is widely used in micro-viscosity fluid 3D printing experiments.

About printing materials:

Eazao Bio has no restrictions on printing materials. We and our partners have successfully tested: HA, BCP and other bioceramics, ZrO2, SiC, Al2O3 and other special ceramics, silicone rubber, hydrogels and other viscous fluids. We do not provide material formulas, but after you purchase, we can provide some technical support to help you complete scientific research experiments.

About printing accuracy:

The material printed by Eazao Bio is a viscous fluid. Due to the rheological properties of the viscous fluid, it has the properties of plasticity, swelling, and shear thinning. In the industry, the printing accuracy generally refers to the nozzle diameter. Eazao Zero is compatible with standard nozzles, which can be as small as 0.1mm or even smaller. However, a smaller nozzle requires a smaller particle size of your material, and the fluidity of the material you prepare yourself is good enough, otherwise it will break easily, and you need to use a ball mill or other means to process the material. About Minimum Air Pressure:

The minimum air pressure of Eazao Bio depends on your material, if it is a common ceramic material, it is around 0.1-0.2Mpa. If you need more air pressure, you just need to increase your air pressure, nothing to do with Eazao Bio.

Eazao Bio is equipped with a precision pressure regulating valve, which can precisely adjust the output air pressure within the range of 0-1MPa.
*** You need to provide Eazao Bio with a compressed air supply above 0.6MPa. You can purchase an air compressor or pressure tank that meets the above performance.
